Celeste Gordon, Pastry Chef
Celeste began baking at the age of 9 for family and friends and has been doing it ever since. Following her dream of someday baking professionally, she earned her Pastry Chef certification from the Art Institute of Houston in 1992. She honed her skills in different kitchens throughout Houston area including managing both HEB and Walmart bakeries for a total of 20 years.
